If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or contact support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and attach the provided prepaid insured shipping label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item, and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
